Not much has changed on the inside...I saw the insulation strewn about in the various rooms, so I can only assume a pre-drywall meeting is in my near future.
The roof looks all done, and the house is now all wrapped up.

Yay twin!! its beautiful next up is electrical or plumbing maybe? Whatever is next it sure is exciting how is the loan approval going?
ReplyDeleteGirl it's going. I asked my loan officer today if I could lock without being fully through underwriting, and she said I could. Still about a week or two away from a 60 day lock. She says my loan should be approved with no problems. Once I lock down this rate....well let me not lie. I was gonna say once I lock the rate, I'll be good. But I know me. Very well. I'll find something else to fret about. Lol.
